-Get a good night sleep
-Journaling by Hand : Keep your digital devices away from you and read some books for three hours without any distraction and get lost in the book, it’s been a while since you would have done this with the advent of digital devices. It will help you to build concentration for longer hours. Also, write things by hand as it helps to clear your mind.
-Take some cat naps, once in a day. (Don’t overdo it since it has side effects as well)
-Drink lots of water as some researches have shown that water, fruits and vegetables keep you away from Alzheimer’s disease.
